Processing Time

Depending on order size, please allow 1 to 4 weeks for all Pre-Orders to be completed and shipped. Ready-made orders received after 2pm Est will be processed the next business day.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. A tracking number will be provided upon completion for all orders. Expect package to deliver in 2-3 business days after order completion. (This is subject to weather or any other problems within the postal delivery service. Lost packages ARE NOT my issue. However, I will try my best to work with the USPS to find your package.)

Returns

We do not accept returns at this time. All sales are FINAL. if you ordered a size that is too small or too big (not your correct size) you will have to place a new order.

Exchanges

Purchased items can be exchanged only due to item being defective or an error in your order. such as wrong size sent. this does not include sample sale items. If you would like to exchange your order, please email sales@samthelabel.com with “Order #XXX - Exchange” in the subject line to begin an Exchange Authorization. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order and items must be unworn, free of damage, with tags attached to be eligible. Exchanges are dependent on the requested item’s availability. Upon authorization of the exchange, customers will be provided with a complimentary shipping label. Please ship the item within 7 days of receipt of the label. Customers are welcome to purchase the alternative size desired separately at samthelabel.com

Defected Merchandise

 If you believe an item in your order to be defective or there to be an error in your order, such as receiving the wrong size or style, please email sales@samthelabel.com to begin a Return Authorization. Please write “Order #XXX - Return” in the subject line and include detailed pictures of the defected merchandise. Defection is at the discretion of S.A.M The Label. Kindly note that colors may vary between product images and the physical good due to technological variances in screen quality. If S.A.M The Label deems the merchandise to be defective or there to be an error in the order, a complimentary return label will be provided, and a full refund will be processed to the customer upon return of the order. Please ship the return within 7 days of receipt of the label. Dependent on your financial institution, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
