I finally made a switch! I recently changed where I order my silk fabric. I only want the best, chemical free fabrics to use for my pieces. With the previous company I was unsure about what dyes they used. BUT, with the new company the transparency is there.
I locally source the fabric from New York. The factory uses non-azo and non-formaldehyde dyes. In addition, the factory's water is reused and recycled by a dual filtration system to help preserve the environment.
